How do I join my builder's project? +
Open the invite link your builder sent you, or sign in and enter the 6-character invite code. If you don't have one, tap "Ask my builder to invite me".
I didn't get my sign-in code. +
Check your spam or junk folder and make sure the email address is spelled correctly. Then tap "Send a new code". Codes expire after a short time.
Is Builtee free? +
Yes. Builtee is free for builders, project managers and homeowners. No credit card needed.
Who can see my project? +
Only the builder who created it and the people they invite.
How do I change my name or company? +
Tap your initials at the top right, then Account.
How do I delete my account? +
Tap your initials at the top right, then Delete account. This can't be undone.
